Prof. Zakri was the first Asian elected as Chair of the Convention on Biological Diversity Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice. He was one of the recipients of the MIDORI Prize for Biodiversity in 2018. This year, he has been appointed ambassador and science adviser to the global Campaign for Nature.

Dr. Delos Angeles is a resource economics and environmental valuation expert who currently works with the ACB in its project with the European Union called, Biodiversity Conservation and Management of Protected Areas in ASEAN.

An award-winning actress, singer, and TV host in the Philippines, she is also an environment conservation advocate who is the founder of CORA, a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to help solve global issues centered on hunger, poverty, inequality, and climate change.
