Internships are designed based on the Parks’ needs, and responsibilities can range from creating environmental awareness campaigns, helping with patrolling and enforcement of Park rules, to conducting social and/or biological studies, developing tourism plans, and reviewing Park policies to improve Park operations
Who
18 – 35 years old interested to contribute to the conservation of our natural heritage
Citizen of an ASEAN Member State, residing in the ASEAN region
Open to everyone of all educational backgrounds! Youth Internships are designed not just for those in biodiversity-related fields
We need lawyers, architects, bankers, writers, artists, businessmen; all joining our collective fight against the loss of life on Earth and its consequences on our wellbeing
IMPORTANT! Please note that only citizens of ASEAN countries are eligible for the internships. Additionally, at the moment, the internships are reserved for citizens of the same country where the AHP is located. For example, Youth Internships in AHPs located in Malaysia are reserved for Malaysian citizens only. Conversely, Malaysian citizens cannot apply for internships in AHPs located outside of Malaysia.
Funding
A small stipend to cover applicable local expenses for the duration of the internship

Relocation from the participant’s home to the internship site
