Ten biodiversity conservation advocates representing the grassroots, government, academic, and business sectors received the 2017 ASEAN Biodiversity Heroes Award at a ceremony held in Manila, Philippines on 7 August 2017. The inaugural award forms part of the celebration of ASEAN’s Golden Anniversary.
