REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REI)

  • The ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB) is an intergovernmental regional centre of excellence for coordinating the regional effort towards sustainable management of biodiversity resources in the ASEAN Region. ACB is supported by the European Union (EU) and ASEAN Member States.

    In order to operationalize the ASEAN Biodiversity Fund, ACB is in need of the services of an Environmental Fund Specialist who will provide guidance on the feasibility, design and eventual set-up of the Fund.

    The Environmental Fund Specialist should have an advanced education in environment, finance and law. He should have vigorous experience and an in-depth understanding of the design, establishment and operations of environmental and conservation funds. Familiarity with the ASEAN region and its biodiversity concerns is an advantage.
    The opportunity is open to all International Experts who are either ASEAN or EU nationals. Interested individuals may download the Terms of Reference here.
