ASEAN BioGIS Data Agreement

By accessing and using any of the datasets distributed by the ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity Geographic Information System (ASEAN BioGIS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions contained within this agreement. The ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the data constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated at the time of your use. You should contact ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity to determine any amendments on the terms and conditions of data use.

The ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity intended that the software used in ASEAN BioGIS is suitable for use on a wide variety of computer system.
